Funeral Services; Planning & Arrangements
When you plan a funeral service with Quinn’s of Glasthule you will find that all requirements can be arranged by calling to our offices, by phoning one of our offices or, if you are unable to attend in person, we would be more then happy to go to your home at a time that suits you and your family. When planning a funeral service, you can be assured that here at Quinn’s of Glasthule we will ease your mind by attending to all the details from newspaper Obituary/Death Notices to Gravestone marker or Cremation Urn, whatever is needed.
When contact is made with you, the family, we ask you to indicate your requirements regarding the date and time you would like to hold the funeral. We co-ordinate these funeral arrangements with the relevant people (Priest / Minister / Preacher) and places (Church / Mosque / Hall ) to ensure they are available. We then confirm the time as per your wishes, with payment made by us on behalf of the family.
When the service is confirmed, we arrange the Cemetery / Crematorium for a time that will allow the family after the service to chat with friends and other members of the family. We pay all the initial costs and we then provide you with a detailed breakdown of all the funeral expenses. (If the family need a new grave we co-ordinate this with the local council, and make the purchase on your behalf – all deeds will be in the family name and posted out to you after about a month or so).
